Kerong Li, a rising star in the world of motorsport, showed impressive skill and determination at the Daytona 24h endurance race, despite ultimately retiring due to a mechanical failure on the NTE Sport Lamborghini GT3.

His pace and consistency impressed his team and the fans in attendance. However, before the halfway point the team was forced to retire due to a mechanical failure on his car that could not be resolved.

“I’m disappointed that we couldn’t finish the race, but I’m proud of what we were able to accomplish,” said Li. “We had a great start and were running strongly, and I felt confident in the car and my abilities. It’s just unfortunate that the mechanical issue was beyond our control.”

Despite the disappointment of the retirement, Li’s performance at the Daytona 24h demonstrated his potential as a driver. He was able to adapt to the challenging track conditions and hold his own against some of the world’s top drivers.

“I want to thank my team for their hard work and support throughout the race,” said Li. “We did everything we could to get the car back on track, but unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be. I’m already looking forward to my next opportunity to compete at this level.”

The Daytona 24h, held at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, is one of the most prestigious endurance races in the world, attracting top drivers and teams from around the globe. Li’s debut at the event was an impressive showing, and he is sure to be a driver to watch in the future.
